Comor Kitsilano is looking to hire Sales Associates for the upcoming winter season.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, experienced individuals who are passionate about skiing, snowboarding, and the outdoors to join our crew.

- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable information about ski and snowboard equipment, clothing, and accessories
- Assist customers with equipment fitting and ensure they understand the proper use and care of their gear
- Help customers select the right equipment so they are properly equipped for the season
- Clearly explain product features and functions and answer customer questions
- Respond to customer issues and concerns in a positive, professional, and solution-focused manner
- Complete all required documentation for ski binding mounts
- Help maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays throughout the store
- *Assist with merchandising, including receiving, organizing, stocking, and displaying products
- Help maintain accurate product placement and ensure the sales floor is well presented and easy to shop
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Work with a friendly and positive attitude, even during busy or high-pressure periods




- Work as part of a team to maintain a high level of customer service and store presentation

Ideal Candidate
- Previous retail and/or ski/snowboard shop experience
- Passionate about skiing, snowboarding, biking, and the outdoors
- Highly organized, energetic, and responsible
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to assist multiple customers while maintaining a high level of service
- Friendly, reliable, and positive with a solid work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Must be available to work at least one day of the weekend. Typical shifts are 8 hours.

Seasonal Availability

We need you to be available and committed to working during the busiest periods of the season. This means avoiding trips or extended time away during the following dates:

- Thanksgiving Sale: October 8–12
- Black Friday Weekend: November 23–30
- Boxing Week: December 24–January 4

Experience (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year
- Customer service: 1 year
- Retail merchandising experience is an asset
