We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Iron Worker Apprentice / Skilled Laborer to join our team.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position for someone who is comfortable working long shifts, travelling out of town, and working safely at heights. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, motivated, and works well as part of a crew.

Wage will begin between $25 - $40 per hour, benefits begin after 6 months of full-time employment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Apprentice Iron Worker and/or skilled labor experience.
- Ability to work 10–12-hour shifts.
- Ability to work out of town on a 10 day-on / 4 day-off rotation.
- Comfortable and capable of working efficiently and safely at heights.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Current Aerial Work Platform (AWP) training
- Current Fall Arrest training
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Have reliable transportation to our shop in South Red Deer.
- Comfortable with use of common hand tools, including:

o Tape measure o Hammer o Small hand tools
- Physically capable of performing demanding labor throughout extended shifts.




- Able to follow all job site safety policies and procedures.
- Able to work effectively as part of a crew and maintain productivity throughout the

shift.
