Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Skilled Laborer to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be an essential contributor to a variety of building projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Your hands-on expertise will help transform blueprints and schematics into tangible structures, supporting the successful delivery of construction initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to perform tasks such as framing, concrete forming, masonry, and demolition.
- Assist with construction estimating by providing accurate measurements and material requirements.
- Install drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets, and perform painting or finishing work to meet project specifications.
- Conduct concrete finishing and masonry work, including pouring, smoothing, and sealing surfaces.
- Support plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations by following schematics and safety protocols.




- Perform restoration work as needed to repair or refurbish existing structures while maintaining quality standards.

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Solid construction experience with knowledge of carpentry, drywall installation, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Ability to interpret construction estimating details for accurate project execution.
- Experience with concrete forming and finishing techniques.
- Familiarity with schematic diagrams for electrical or mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and equipment operation.
