About Us
Eco-Sol Reinstatement Solutions Inc. is a BC contractor delivering reinstatement, restoration, and general contracting services for healthcare, institutional, and commercial clients. We rebuild spaces after hazardous materials abatement, demolition, and water or fire damage. We run disciplined crews, maintain high documentation standards, and expect strict compliance with safety procedures.
About The Role
This is a regular, full time field position; 40 hours per week, non-supervisory, reporting to the Project Manager. You will perform hands-on drywall and reinstatement work: hanging board, taping and mudding, sanding, and related finishing tasks, along with general reinstatement support (suspended ceilings, priming and painting, interior strip-out).
This posting is for candidates with demonstrated drywall experience. You must be able to hang, tape, and mud to a consistent, paint-ready standard with minimal rework.
We provide paid safety training and company-supported certification upgrades.

- Perform reinstatement tasks as directed by the Project Manager: framing repair, drywall installation, mudding and taping, priming and painting, suspended ceilings, and general finishing support
- Complete interior strip-out and demolition support, cleanup, and debris removal
- Perform finishing work as skill allows: skim coating, texture matching, priming and painting
- Load, move, and stage tools, materials, and equipment safely
- Perform any other general site labour as assigned
- Protect finished surfaces, occupied areas, and client property
- Complete required daily paperwork: timesheets, checklists, and FLHA/tailgate records
- Always Follow PPE requirements and safe work procedures; report hazards and deficiencies to the Site Supervisor
- Support water damage response and mould-related scope as assigned (training provided)
Required Certifications & Qualifications
- Hands-on drywall experience: hanging board, taping, and mudding (minimum 1 year, verifiable).

- Reliable transportation to project sites in Vancouver and surrounding areas
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check
- Willing to complete company-provided safety training (WHMIS 2015, first aid, fall protection as applicable); company supported
