- Low sloped membrane Residential and commercial roofing Installation
- Flat Roofing Installation, installers should be familiar with (BUR repair, new Mod Bit ).
- Metal flashing for mod bit roofing, Parapets, wall and mechanical flashing installations
- Sheet metal flashing installation
- Site mobilization.
- Striping and disposing of old roof,
- Loading and unloading material
- Job site clean-up.
- Install roofing systems as per standard practice and manufacturers installation instructions.
- Troubleshoot and detect leaks.
- Work in compliance with safety regulations.
- Must have experience in leak detection.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Must be dependable and work well in a team environment, leading by example.
- Working at heights certificate req’d
- Driver’s license and Personal Transportation req’d
Wages:
- $25.00 - $40.00/hr (based on experience)
Full-time hours range between 35 to 45 hours weather permitting. Overtime and weekend work available when required.
