Position Description
- George Martin & Sons Inc. performs residential and commercial snow removal operations throughout Muskoka Lakes.
- We offer our clients various services including the following:
- Residential driveway snow removal, path shoveling and salting/sanding.
- Commercial driveway/parking lot snow removal, shoveling, salting and sanding.
- Snow operations are completed using various types of equipment from trucks with plows and sanders to tractors with blowers and pushers.
Working Conditions
- Your day-to-day work can consist of snow removal operations on both residential and commercial properties.

- Work weeks are Monday to Friday
- Early morning and weekend work required depending on weather conditions.
- Work in inclement weather conditions.
- Rapid-paced environment. Work under pressure.
Job Requirements
- Valid G drivers licence with clean drivers abstract.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily.
- Punctual and reliable. Must be a team player. Work independently if required with little supervision.
- Experience in snow removal and equipment operation an asset.
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Steel-toed safety boots required.
- Dress code of company t-shirts, sweatshirts required to be worn. 2 t-shirts and 1 sweatshirt provided when hired.

Employment Start Date & Wages:
Start November 2026 – potential for earlier fall start with availability in other fields of the maintenance operation. Potential for full-time employment into Spring of 2027.
