Krush is looking for a creative, confident and fashion-obsessed Social Media Content Creator + Stylist to join our team and become a recognizable part of the Krush social presence.

For over 13 years, Krush has built a strong community both in-store and online by helping women feel confident, beautiful and excited about getting dressed. Social media has played a huge role in our growth, and we're looking for someone who can help us take our content to the next level.

This isn't simply a behind-the-scenes social media position. We're looking for someone who is excited to be in front of the camera, style our collections, create engaging content and eventually build their own connection with the Krush community.

THE ROLE

You'll work closely with Kristina, owner and founder of Krush, to create engaging, stylish and sales-driven content for Instagram and other social platforms.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your own recurring content series and personality within the Krush brand while helping showcase new arrivals, outfit inspiration, styling ideas and the Krush lifestyle.

Our goal isn't to find another version of Kristina — we're looking for someone who can bring their own personality, style and perspective to Krush.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Create and appear in Instagram Reels, Stories and other social content
- Style and showcase new arrivals
- Create fun, aesthetic and trend-driven fashion content
- Create educational styling content such as "3 Ways to Wear It," outfit ideas and fit tips
- Help create content around weekly product launches
- Film and edit short-form video content
- Stay current on Instagram and TikTok trends, audio and content formats




- Develop creative concepts and recurring content series
- Work alongside Kristina on collaborative content
- Help drive engagement, website traffic and ultimately sales through social media
- Respond naturally to questions about fit, styling and products while on camera
- Represent Krush in a positive, welcoming and authentic way

- Feel comfortable and confident in front of a camera
- Have a warm, natural and engaging personality
- Understand Instagram, TikTok and short-form video
- Have a robust eye for aesthetic content
- Can speak naturally rather than sounding scripted
- Enjoy helping women feel confident in what they're wearing
- Are creative and constantly noticing new content ideas or trends
- Are reliable, organized and self-motivated
- Are comfortable filming and editing content on a phone
- Understand that great social content should not only look beautiful — it should inspire people to take action

Previous professional content creation experience is an asset, but not required. A large social following is also not required. We're much more interested in finding the right personality, creativity and natural ability on camera.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

Krush already has an established and highly engaged social community.

You won't be starting from zero.

You'll have the opportunity to create content for an established boutique, work with new fashion arrivals every week and develop your own recognizable presence within the Krush brand.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
