The Great Canadian Sox Co.Inc. is currently looking for an experienced hand Sock Knitting Technician for Lonati knitting machines to ensure maximum utilization of the machine's capabilities .

The Great Canadian Sox Co. is a sock manufacturer of outdoor adventure and quality lifestyle socks for wholesale customers as well as our own retail stores.

Minimum 3 year’s experience

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

- Work with the Great Canadian Sox design and development team on developing top technology and state of the art products.
- Create Lonati machine programs to meet the technical and innovation ideas of the company.
- Write technical write up for yarn set up and machine configurations.
- Keep a track record of the knitting machine's spare parts.
- Keep the knitting area and machines clean, tidy and cooperative with knitting operators.




- Responsible for maintenance of the Lonati, Sangiocomo and H.J double cylinder machines.
- Innovate and create new quality products and technologies.
- Constant improvements of the sock knitting machines and raw materials to elevate new products.
- Mathematical skills, attention to detail.
- Troubleshoots major knitting machine's problems and fine-tunes programming for maximum production.
- Team Player with soft skills.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
