• Monitor inventory and manage product deliveries

Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in restaurant or home cooking
• Strong background in food services, preferably in residential care
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Food Protected Certification required
