CityKidz is seeking a Coordinator of Volunteer Development to lead our volunteer program and grow engagement across programs in Canada. This full time leadership role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, recognition, and program collaboration to support children, families, and volunteers.
You will partner with staff, community partners, and volunteers to foster a mission-driven culture, manage volunteer data, and ensure safety and quality across CityKidz initiatives.
