We’re hiring fundraisers in Vancouver to represent major nonprofit organizations working on humanitarian, environmental, and social justice campaigns.
This role is especially popular with students and recent graduates, as well as people working in music, theatre, film, visual arts, and other creative fields.
It offers stable hourly income, meaningful work, and flexible scheduling while supporting key nonprofit causes.
No experience is required - we’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy talking with others and building connections.
$20/hour guaranteed to start (not commission)
Leadership growth opportunities with pay ranging from $25 - $28/hour, based on performance

What the Job Involves
Our teams raise funds through face-to-face outreach with members of the public in community spaces and neighbourhoods.
Fundraisers speak with people about nonprofit campaigns and invite them to become monthly supporters.
Successful fundraisers often enjoy:

Active work that involves being outdoors and on their feet
This is a public-facing outreach role that involves speaking with members of the public throughout the day.
Schedule
We aim to provide schedules that allow team members to balance school, creative work, or other commitments.
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort speaking with new people
Positive attitude and reliability
Interest in nonprofit or advocacy work
Ability to work outdoors and on their feet
Experience in fundraising, customer service, hospitality, retail, advocacy, volunteering, activism, performance, or other public-facing roles is helpful - but not required.
