Reporting to the Instructional Lab Manager, you will coordinate lab schedules and support over 150 teaching assistants at the School of Computer Science. With the increased number of lab sections, your role will be pivotal in ensuring quality service and student satisfaction. You will also oversee TAs' training and facilitate effective classroom experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate lab schedules and resolve operational issues
• Support and supervise teaching assistants daily
• Develop training materials for TA orientation
• Assist in the evaluation of TA performance
• Enhance student engagement through technology

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related field
• Experience managing labs or instructional support
• Knowledge of university policies and collective agreements
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with online learning technologies
