As an Enhanced Care Nursing Coordinator, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for enhanced care clients. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of mental health support, wound care, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan care for enhanced care clients
• Provide treatment services for mental health and addiction




• Supervise care aides and client interactions
• Maintain accurate communication and case notes
• Ensure compliance with policies and reporting obligations

Requirements:
• Active RN registration with BCCNM
• Wound care experience required
• Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
