This remote role supports Financial Planning Consultants in helping high-value clients plan for their financial futures and achieve their business goals. You will provide essential administrative and client support while helping create a smooth, responsive experience throughout the financial planning journey. The position combines organization, relationship management, problem-solving, and attention to compliance and confidentiality. You will prepare client files, coordinate appointments, maintain schedules, and help identify opportunities that contribute to team growth.
