Join A & A Customs Brokers as a fully remote Accounts Receivable Specialist. You will independently handle invoicing, collections, and client relationships, ensuring accurate receivables while connecting with a supportive team.

In this remote role reporting to the Controller, you will manage the day-to-day Accounts Receivable functions effectively. Your previous AR experience and attention to detail will be vital as you analyze aging reports, respond to inquiries, and apply payments. Collaborating cross-departmentally for the best customer service will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and send client invoices promptly
• Analyze customer aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• Professionally address all client inquiries




• Accurately apply payments and manage cheque deposits
• Maintain confidentiality and suggest internal process improvements

Requirements:
• Post-secondary accounting diploma and 1-2 years AR experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel
