The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring the highest quality of food, preparation and cleanliness.Schedule changes based on special events, seasonality and business needs.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standardsEnsure all food products are handled, stored, prepared, and served safelyPrepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning as neededCollaborate with service team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchenOperating and cleaning food production equipment and food preparation areasWashes, cleans and stores dishes, cutlery,
