Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and deliver motor design solutions meeting customer requirements Own DVP&R; definition and execution to validate product performance Lead DFMEA activities and design reviews Perform analysis including FEA, NVH, and tolerance stack-ups Support prototype builds, testing, and validation activities Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution Support cost optimisation and manufacturing readiness Present technical content to internal and customer stakeholders Education and Qualifications

3 years of progressive experience in automotive or similar field Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in design / development of electrification products Skills

Knowledge of the automotive electrification sector Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Effective listener and communicator Proficient technical skills Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Excel, Project Demonstrated ability to be proactive and forward thinking Able to effectively interface with other disciplines in the organization to achieve results Excellent mechanical aptitude,
