Immunization experience or course would be an asset.ResponsibilitiesEscort patients from reception to exam roomsIdentify the purpose of each patient visit, chart and initiate appropriate preparation for the patient visit including exam room set up, vital signs, ensuring lab reports/tests received, collection of specimensManagement of all specimens in office: receiving, sending, enquiriesOrdering of vaccines through Public HealthStocking laboratory and medical supplies at nurse?s stations and exam roomsCalling patients per physician directiveLiaison with patient at the physician?s requestCleaning of exam rooms between patientsCleaning and sterilization of medical equipment as per Best Practice Guidelines and MOLMaintaining an organized work areaJob Type:
