Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an AI Adoption Analyst in the Utilities in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports the Nexus Tenant Consolidation Program and serves as a key partner in ensuring a seamless transition for employees moving between Microsoft tenants.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technology adoption, business analysis, digital workplace support, change management, or a related field
- Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives
- Solid customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working directly with business users across multiple organizational levels
Additional Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft tenant migrations or tenant consolidation initiatives
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or enterprise AI platforms
- Experience supporting SharePoint migrations or collaboration platform transformations
Salary & Employment Details
- $65.00 - $90.00 hourly
- Incorporated Payroll
- 6-month Contract
- Hybrid work model
