Birch Hill is seeking Associates with two to four years of experience, typically from a leading investment bank or consulting firm. Associates participate in all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, business analysis, deal execution, and ongoing portfolio company support.
We generally hire one to two Associates per year. The Associate program lasts three years with the prospect for promotion to either a VP Investment or VP Portfolio role.
