Position Summary: This position will be the Finance business partner for our transportation stakeholders, utilizing solid financial reporting, analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills to support cross functional partners. The Financial Analyst will own the relationship with their respective business partners and provide financial analytics, planning, reporting and processing to support management in driving the business forward. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting activities, including:Preparing financial/operational reports Analyzing results vs. budget/forecast – including root cause analysis, developing action plans, and executing on those plans with team management/cross-functional partners Preparing and validating journal entries Reconciling key balance sheet
