We are a purpose-driven, people-first organization where collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindsets thrive.The impact you’ll makeThe Senior Product Specialist, Remedies & Personal Care is a cross‑functional role responsible for facilitating and executing new product development (NPD) initiatives with a focus on the commercialization phase. The role reports to the Project Manager, R&D, and Innovation, and is responsible for end‑to‑end product development execution throughout the entire product life cycle. The specialist partners closely with R&D, Regulatory, Innovation, Operations, and Packaging teams, driving execution across all workstreams – ensuring alignment, tracking progress, resolving risks, and maintaining clear communication until projects successfully launch in market. In addition to project execution, this role supports operational excellence across the product development lifecycle, including documentation, cost management, system accuracy, and process coordination for efficient and scalable delivery. All team members contribute to a positive, collaborative culture aligned with company values.What you’ll doNew Product Development (NPD) & Project OwnershipOwn the end‑to‑end execution of NPD projects throughout the commercialization phase within the Remedies & Personal Care categoryCreate clearly scoped project plans with defined timelines, milestones, deliverables and success criteriaBuild, manage and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget executionTrack progress against key milestones, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategiesDrive accountability across cross‑functional teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are metMaintain clear and up‑to‑date project documentation, including decisions,



changes and key outputsCross‑Functional Stewardship & ExecutionAct as the central point of coordination for all tactical questions related to product development in the Remedies & Personal Care categoriesAlign stakeholders on project scope, timelines, technical requirements and deliverablesFacilitate regular cross‑functional meetings, status updates and decision‑making forumsEnsure clear communication and visibility across all teams throughout the product lifecycleIdentify and resolve cross‑functional challenges to remove barriers and maintain project momentumCoordinate with Operations to align on manufacturing feasibility, production planning and launch readinessOperational Execution & Process ManagementOwn and maintain accuracy of all product‑related systems and documentation (e.G., cost sheets, specifications, product files)Track and manage all components of the NPD process, including formulations, packaging development, artwork and product materialsEnsure all project inputs and outputs are documented, organized and accessible for cross‑functional teamsSupport development and continuous improvement of NPD processes, tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalabilityMaintain visibility on project budgets, ensuring cost inputs are accurate and aligned with financial targetsCoordinate internal approvals and ensure all requirements are met prior to launchWe’d love to hear from you if you have2–3 years of experience in product development, project management, or a related role, preferably within Wellness, Beauty, or CPGProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through launchStrong project management skills,



including timeline development, milestone tracking and risk managementExperience working in highly cross‑functional environments with diverse stakeholdersHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and documentation rigorStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment and facilitate cross‑functional collaborationProactive problem solver with the ability to identify risks and remove barriers to executionProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Why SajeThe compensation range for this position is $68,000–$74,000 annually.
