Culinary Unicorn is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy, upscale restaurant and cocktail bar looking for someone reliable, organized, and confident on the line.
What we’re looking for
- Previous professional kitchen experience
- Strong line-cooking and food-prep skills
- Able to work efficiently during busy dinner service
- Consistent with plating, portions, and food quality
- Strong understanding of food safety and cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable taking direction and helping lead the kitchen when required
- Evening and weekend availability require
