Specialist, Paid Social Pay: $30-40/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Specialist, Paid Social to support the execution of paid social media initiatives that build brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversions.

In this role, you will assist with campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, measurement, and reporting. You will work closely with the social and growth marketing teams to identify high-performing content, amplify it through paid media, and surface insights that improve campaign performance.

What You’ll Do

- Support the execution of paid social media strategies designed to increase awareness, engagement, and consideration.
- Assist with paid social campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and ongoing management.
- Track campaign performance against defined social KPIs and OKRs.
- Prepare monthly reporting and performance analyses, identifying key results, trends, and opportunities.
- Help optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, efficiency, and conversions.
- Partner with the social team to identify high-performing organic content for paid amplification.
- Maintain routine reporting and planning materials using Google Sheets and project-management boards.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting or managing a brand’s paid social media strategy.
- Working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and X Ads Manager.
- Strong Google Workspace skills, including Google Sheets formulas and reporting.
- Experience using social analytics tools, such as Sprout Social, to identify high-performing organic content.
- Passion for content, sports, and emerging social and cultural trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- A positive, solution-oriented, team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Robust initiative, organization, time-management, and deadline-management skills.

Communication & Collaboration This role regularly collaborates with cross-functional partners to complete work activities, align on priorities, present recommendations, and influence decisions when needed.
