The Prospect
As part of Sonnet’s Customer Experience team, you will design and optimize mobile-first digital experiences across sonnet.ca and email channels. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll support website enhancements, A/B testing, landing page creation, and accessibility-focused solutions that improve the customer experience and support business goals.
What to Expect
- As a key part of Sonnet’s Customer Experience team, you’ll be an active contributor in the creation of innovative, mobile-first designs for sonnet.ca and email marketing, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
- You’ll identify design solutions and opportunities for enhancements and A/B testing, bringing them to your agile team and Product Owner
- You’ll write development stories in Jira, articulating design and accessibility requirements, and will work closely with developers as your enhancements are being developed, understanding technical requirements and limitations
- You’ll work in Sonnet’s CMS, building landing pages in partnership with your content counterparts
- You’ll also support our Manager,
Design on both sonnet.ca design requests, and internal requests, as required
What you Bring
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in UI/UX Design
- Proficiency in a Mac environment with in-depth knowledge of web-design and prototyping software applications, including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Design System Manager
- Exceptional ability to communicate design decisions to internal stakeholders and executives
- Experience working in a CMS to build pages
- You’re flexible and thrive in an agile, start-up, team environment
- Proficient in identifying and applying web-based trends and technologies
- You’re exceptionally organized (Jira experience is an asset), resourceful, fast, and have impeccable attention to detail
- You’re effective and calm when working under pressure
- You’re always open to learning and expanding
Salary Range: $59,300 - $109,200 High degree of proficiency with English required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.
