Specialist, Social Content

Pay: $20–$25/hour Our client is seeking a Specialist, Social Content to support organic social strategy, content creation, community management, and performance reporting across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

- Create, schedule, publish, and optimize content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
- Develop content calendars and timely social concepts.
- Create and edit copy, images, short-form video, Stories, Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
- Support community management and audience engagement.
- Maintain reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, Sprout Social, and project-management tools.
- Update Canva templates and support paid social boosting and performance analysis.
- Monitor social, creator, influencer, and pop-culture trends for content opportunities.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, PR, or a related field.
- Experience supporting a brand’s social media strategy.
- Strong knowledge of social publishing, reporting, and measurement tools.




- Proficiency in Canva, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Solid short-form video editing skills, including CapCut and native social tools.
- Excellent writing, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Ability to travel and work irregular hours as required.

Nice to Have
- Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite and access to a personal Adobe subscription.
- Strong creative thinking for social concepts, including post copy and visual assets.
- Experience with paid social advertising.
- Experience supporting entertainment and/or automotive OEM brands.
- Experience with influencer or creator programs.
