Responsabilités

- Concevoir, créer et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, bibliothèques de pipelines partagées et JTE) pour l'automatisation des bases de données et de l'infrastructure.
- Développer et étendre des rôles, des playbooks et des environnements d'exécution Ansible pour la gestion de la configuration et l'automatisation opérationnelle.
- Construire et gérer une infrastructure cloud sur AWS à l'aide de Terraform et d'autres outils d'IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
- Mettre en œuvre une rotation sécurisée et automatisée ainsi que la gestion du cycle de vie des mots de passe, comptes de service, clés API et certificats TLS dans les environnements cloud, bases de données et Kubernetes, en utilisant des intégrations telles que CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Active Directory/LDAP et les secrets Kubernetes.
- Concevoir et créer des solutions d'IA générative/IA agentique : pipelines RAG, orchestration d'agents, serveurs/clients MCP, intégrations d'appels d'outils avec des API REST internes et des systèmes DevOps.
- Intégrer l'automatisation aux systèmes d'entreprise via des API REST (ITSM/gestion des tickets, surveillance, contrôle de version, plateformes de gestion des secrets).
- Assurer la préparation opérationnelle : journalisation, surveillance, alertes, gestion des erreurs et automatisation des procédures opérationnelles (runbooks).
- Respecter les contrôles de sécurité, de conformité et de gestion des changements de l'entreprise dans un environnement réglementé (services financiers).

Compétences Clés / Exigences Indispensables

- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience pratique en ingénierie DevOps / Cloud / Automatisation.
- AWS (cloud privilégié) : IAM, EC2, S3, RDS/Redshift, Lambda, Secrets Manager, VPC/réseautage, CloudWatch.
- Ansible : Ansible Automation Platform 2 (niveau avancé) : rôles, collections, modèles Jinja, flux de travail (workflows), inventaire dynamique, Vault, environnements d'exécution personnalisés.
- Jenkins : pipelines déclaratifs et scriptés, bibliothèques partagées (Groovy), bibliothèques JTE, gestion des identifiants (credentials). Terraform – modules personnalisés et réutilisables, gestion de l'état (state management), déploiements multi-environnements.
- Gestion de versions : Git et Bitbucket (stratégie de branchement, flux de travail de Pull Requests, intégration de pipelines).
- Scripting/programmation : Python (principal), ainsi que PowerShell et/ou Bash.

- API REST
- Solide compréhension des opérations de base de données et de l'infrastructure.
- Sécurité et gestion des identifiants
- Expérience pratique de la rotation sécurisée des mots de passe et des certificats à grande échelle.

- Licence (Bachelor) en ingénierie requise. Un diplôme en informatique ou dans un domaine technique connexe est idéal.

Responsibilities

- Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, shared and JTE pipeline libraries) for database and infrastructure automation.
- Develop and extend Ansible roles, playbooks and execution environments for configuration management and operational automation.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and other IaC tooling.

- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud / Automation engineering experience.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required. A degree in computer science or a related technical field is ideal.
