Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operational workflows for AWS & Anthropic Funding Programs
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Prepare and submit invoices,
with quality assurance checks
• Monitor program requirements and process changes
• Communicate updates across internal teams
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in operations or finance roles
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Familiarity with AMS Partner Programs
• Ability to adapt to evolving processes
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
