The ideal candidate will work independently, advising leaders on HR matters while ensuring a consistent employee experience. This vital role encompasses onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and cultural initiatives that drive community-building.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations and manage employee relations professionally
• Support performance evaluations and address employee concerns




• Develop and standardize HR policies and procedures
• Own the onboarding process and full employee lifecycle
• Drive HR technology improvements, including AI integration

Requirements:
• Significant HR generalist experience in a leadership role
• CPHR designation or active pursuit is an asset
• Demonstrated experience in workplace investigations
• Familiar with Alberta Employment Standards compliance
• Proficient in HRIS or payroll systems like Payworks
