Support work operations by assisting with job planning, materials support and SAP time verification
Provide administrative support to our quality assurance process, and quality notifications
Prepare, organize and manage document packages
Gather and compile historical data to ensure appropriate knowledge retainment and documentation
Support and complete quality reporting
Ensure the proper handling of third-party quality management
Handle and resolve tier 1 customer warranty claims
Manage inventory management transactions
Evaluate and process tier 1 vendor qualifications
Set up and maintain master data in ERP at a tier 1 level
Follow AGI’s Code of Business Ethics and related compliance policies

Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize work and multi task
Posses advanced Microsoft Excel and computer skills
Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language
Strong work ethic and drive
Ability to coordinate and liaise with other departments




Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations and short deadlines
Understanding of manufacturing and production is an asset

Fast-paced production setting with set quotas or deadlines.
Work may be performed independently or as part of a team.

Following complex instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Problem-solving for minor machine malfunctions or production issues.
