Lead the Planned Giving program at The Art Gallery of Ontario as Associate Director. Focus on cultivating donor relationships and securing estate gifts for long-term impact.

As Associate Director, Philanthropy and Planned Giving, you will partner with the Chief Development Officer to develop and implement effective strategies. Your role includes managing donor records, overseeing the AGO Legacy Circle, and guiding development colleagues on fundraising practices. You'll also drive the growth of our planned giving pipeline, ensuring donors’ intentions and philanthropic impacts are maximized.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and assess Planned Giving strategies for growth
• Manage legacy giving and estate gift donor relationships
• Oversee stewardship initiatives for planned gift donors




• Collaborate with Development to integrate fundraising efforts
• Serve as a trusted advisor on tax-effective giving

Requirements:
• Progressive fundraising experience, including planned giving
• Knowledge of estate planning and tax laws
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in achieving fundraising goals
• Familiarity with donor database analytics
