You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and supporting a safe, high‑performing operation.This role requires shift work. 12 hour shifts, rotating days and nights every 2 weeks.What Success Looks LikeProduction equipment is maintained in safe,



efficient working orderDowntime is minimized through preventative maintenance and troubleshootingMaintenance logs and CMMS records are accurately maintainedSafety procedures and GMP standards are consistently followedPlant systems and utilities operate efficiently and reliablyContinuous improvement opportunities are identified and supportedKey ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and maintain records within the CMMS system (Limble)Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete necessary repairs and adjustmentsRead and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, blueprints, and service manualsFabricate equipment and complete modifications as requiredRepair and maintain conveyors, gearboxes, drive chains, hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systemsMaintain HVAC systems, water softener systems, chiller units, and plant utilitiesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance workspaceSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the facilityPrioritize workplace safety in all activitiesQualificationsExperience troubleshooting PLC systems considered a strong assetExperience with BMS systems considered an assetAbility to read and create electrical schematics and blueprintsExperience within GMP, food manufacturing, meat processing, or regulated manufacturing environments preferredStrong problem‑solving and communication skillsExperience with HVAC and chiller systems considered an assetAbility to work shift schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime as requiredMust be able to wear required PPE and work safely within an industrial environmentMust be legally authorized to work in CanadaPhysical RequirementsThis role requires the ability to:Stand for extended periods of time (up to 12 hours)Bend, reach, pull, kneel, crouch, and walk frequentlyWork around moving mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and industrial materials safely#J-18808-Ljbffr
