As a member of our dynamic team, you will play an integral role supporting new and existing clients with service needs and encouraging them to consult with our fully licensed Prospr Advisors who will provide holistic Life, Health and Wealth solutions.You are an effective communicator who possesses outstanding customer service skills and consistently demonstrates professionalism. You are solution‑oriented and use active listening to understand client needs and provide tailored and timely recommendations. Above all, you enjoy helping others.ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls from our existing Prospr block of clients with the goal of fulfilling their service needs; Make outbound calls to clients who have submitted service requests (e.G., policy level changes, beneficiary changes,
