In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to adult patients with various medical conditions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and implement care plans while advocating for the physical and emotional needs of patients. Your clinical expertise will be key in ensuring optimal patient outcomes during each shift.
Key Responsibilities: • Assess and monitor patients throughout shifts • Design and execute individualized care plans • Safely administer medications and therapies • Educate patients and families on treatment options • Document all care accurately in EMR
Requirements: • BSN or equivalent nursing degree • Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • 2 years' experience in Emergency or Critical Care • Required ACLS & BLS certifications • Flexibility for urgent shift changes
