We pride ourselves as a multidisciplinary team work environment with a specialty in pelvic, vestibular, and concussion health management.Your impactThis position will provide the prospect to work collaboratively with a team of clinicians, as well as provide exposure to complex occupational rehab cases. Our KINs play a pivotal role in supporting Canadian Veterans, Canadian Armed Forces members, first responders, individuals facing physical, cognitive and mental wellness goals, and private outpatient clientele.



They also provide treatments and assessments for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries.In this role, you will:Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the mentorship and direction of a physiotherapist.Design, implement and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning and/or work hardening programs.Utilize e‑charting software to document client sessions; submit reports tostakeholders promptly.Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals.Complete functional components of reports for initial, progress and discharge.Ensure return‑to‑work plans with the client and employer have been made and documented in the client’s chart.Work within a supportive, interdisciplinary environment, delivering high‑quality, client‑centred care.Lead with empathy and integrity; be a great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who seeks to understand what motivates our clients.#J-18808-Ljbffr
