Business Analyst to lead discovery and requirements analysis using Salesforce Service Cloud and Agile methodologies

Join a technology team delivering guest experience and brand experience initiatives across retail and e-commerce environments. This role supports discovery-focused projects involving Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP, telephony systems, and cross-functional technology integrations. The position works closely with Guest Services, ReBird, Digital Marketing, and development squads to advance high-impact initiatives and technology roadmap priorities.

Contract, Vancouver preferred open to Toronto or remote, Hybrid, Working Hours: PST

Must Haves

3+ years as a

Business Analyst

or

Business Systems Analyst

supporting Agile projects in e-commerce, retail, and omni-channel environments

Hands-on experience with

Salesforce Service Cloud

in Admin and/or Salesforce Implementation Analyst capacities

Proficiency with

Agile methodologies , Jira, Confluence, and Miro





Salesforce Administrator certification

strongly preferred

Nice to Have

Experience with systems and integrations across multiple platforms

Experience delivering customer-facing projects and features

Background in outdoor apparel or retail industry environments

Experience with web-development

Experience with current vendor integrations

Responsibilities

Lead discovery activities for Guest Services and Brand Experiences projects

Gather and analyze business requirements using business analysis techniques

Create and maintain project, process, and systems documentation

Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and requirements documents

Document user stories, process flows, systems diagrams, and acceptance criteria

Plan, groom, and prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders and development squads

Organize and facilitate user acceptance testing with business users
