Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general building maintenance throughout the facility
• Repair doors, shelving, and other fixtures as needed
• Complete basic carpentry and maintenance tasks
• Support preventative maintenance and facility improvement projects
• Operate hand and power tools safely
Requirements:
• Prior experience in maintenance or construction is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and skills with hand tools necessary
