This is a full-time position offering consistent work throughout the paving season, with the opportunity for winter employment for qualified candidates.The successful applicant will be required to report to the company yard each morning and travel to job sites with the crew.If you are a dedicated professional who takes pride in producing quality work, values teamwork, and is looking for long‑term career growth, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesReport to the company yard at the start of each workday.Safely and efficiently operate asphalt rollers on residential and commercial paving projects.Achieve proper compaction and finish according to project specifications.Work closely with paving crews to ensure quality workmanship and smooth operations.Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.Assist with general paving and labour duties as required.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Maintain a clean, professional,
