They help members with basic personal credit needs, sell and handle Low Fee More for Me Mutual Funds, term deposits, RRSPs, set up electronic services like internet banking, open free chequing accounts, and add overdraft protection.Member Advice Specialists also act as sales professionals, uncovering opportunities to better serve members and coordinating with teammates.AccountabilitiesDeliver a positive and unexpected customer experience through general retail banking.Engage customers in the “Where You Are At Money Chat” to help them save, grow, protect, and improve their financial well‑being.Work as a high‑performing team member within the branch to ensure all checks and balances around policies and regulatory requirements are completed.Proactively and creatively offer helpful solutions and alternatives to customer inquiries.Achieve sales and referral targets in a needs‑based sales setting.Skills & QualificationsCertificate in Investment Funds in Canada is a must at the time of application.Basic math skills sufficient for simple financial help and product promotion.Minimum three years experience helping members in a bank or credit union, preferably with lending and investments.Post‑secondary education in finance, business administration,
