In this full-time role, you will manage multiple construction projects and personnel within the Regional Parks Department. Your expertise in construction practices, safety protocols, and staff management will be vital as you oversee staff and coordinate with contractors. Your daily efforts will ensure public safety and effective park renovations in beautiful Metro Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction and upgrades of regional park infrastructure
• Plan and coordinate staff and contractor schedules
• Ensure all construction permits and material procurement are in order




• Manage emergency repairs and public access issues
• Monitor budgets and prepare annual operating estimates

Requirements:
• 3 years of related construction experience
• Degree in construction or engineering discipline
• Knowledge of BC Building Code and park policies
• Solid leadership and supervisory skills
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
