Temporary Full-Time
Hourly Range: $25.53 - $31.65
(Depending on Experience)
The Township is seeking applicants for four (4) Temporary Full time Public Works Equipment Operators. This position may require working a variety of shifts including days, evenings & weekends.
Reporting to the Public Works Manager and Public Works Operation Supervisor, the Equipment Operator is required to have a current DZ license for this position and have the knowledge of operating heavy equipment and road maintenance.
Operating heavy equipment including snowplows, graders, and backhoes
Repairs/maintenance of equipment
Maintaining & cleaning the garages, tools and storerooms
Maintaining an incident report register
Performing road maintenance
General labour duties
