This temporary, project-based position in Fort McMurray, AB, focuses on the operation of heavy mining equipment. Under the guidance of the General Foreman, you will perform pre-operational checks and maintain your truck in top condition. With a robust emphasis on safety, this role supports mining and construction projects while adhering to all workplace policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate mining/off-highway haul truck for material transport
• Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance on equipment




• Follow directives from the General Foreman and adjust processes
• Participate in toolbox meetings to enhance safety and efficiency
• Report maintenance needs to Supervisor and Management

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid class five driver’s license required
• Minimum 1-3 years in mining or construction
• Experience operating a haul truck required
• CSTS and OSSA or BSO or CSO certifications needed
