Job Summary

Alliance Millwork specializes in high-quality custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, and interior finishes. We work on residential and commercial projects where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional finishing standards are essential.

We are currently looking for an experienced Spray Painter / Finisher to join our production team.

Duties

- pray paint, lacquer, stain, clear coat, and other finishes on custom millwork and cabinetry
- Prepare wood and MDF surfaces by sanding, filling, cleaning, and priming
- Mix and match paints, stains, lacquers, and finishing products as required
- Apply primers, sealers, topcoats, and clear finishes using professional spray equipment
- Ensure consistent colour, coverage, sheen, and finish quality

- Inspect finished products and correct imperfections when required
- Maintain and clean spray guns, pumps, spray booths, and related equipment
- Follow proper drying and curing procedures

- Protect finished pieces from damage during handling and production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe spray-finishing area




- Work closely with cabinetmakers, production staff, and supervisors to meet project deadlines

- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Skills

- Minimum 5 years of professional spray-finishing experience
- Experience finishing custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, furniture, or wood products

- Strong knowledge of spray application techniques
- Experience with lacquers, stains, primers, paints, and clear coats
- Ability to properly prepare MDF and wood surfaces for finishing

- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to colour match and achieve consistent finishes
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced production environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to safely lift and handle cabinetry and millwork components

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
