What You’ll Do
- Manage 5–10 siding projects at a time (residential + light commercial)
- Lead job start-up: site prep, crew briefings, scheduling, and material coordination
- Oversee crews (subs and in-house): quality control, timelines, and safety
- Be the client’s main point of contact from contract to final walkthrough
- Coordinate with suppliers and solve problems fast — before they cost us money
- Own the job: timeline, budget, quality, client happiness

What You Bring
- 5+ years in construction project management (siding or exteriors is a huge plus)
- Strong leadership skills — you know how to run a team without yelling
- Familiar with job costing, permits, and client expectations
- You’re proactive, organized, and know how to juggle multiple jobs
