Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SRE Tech PM / SRE DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Dynatrace, cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, and reliability engineering . The ideal candidate will drive platform reliability, monitoring, automation, and cloud-native initiatives while partnering closely with engineering and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SRE/DevOps initiatives focused on reliability, scalability, automation, and observability.
- Implement and manage Dynatrace, including APM, Davis AI, RUM, OneAgent, Smartscape, distributed tracing, dashboards, alerts, and SLIs/SLOs.
- Leverage Davis AI for root-cause analysis, anomaly detection, predictive insights, and alert optimization.
- Develop Ansible automation for deployment, provisioning, patching, and remediation.
- Design and manage AWS and Azure cloud environments, including serverless and cloud-native architectures.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform,



Cloud Formation, or AWS CDK.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI, with integrated observability.
- Support Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/AKS, high availability, disaster recovery, and incident response.
- Drive continuous improvement of monitoring, operational processes, and reliability standards

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Technical Program/Project Management.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Dynatrace and observability.
- Robust AWS expertise; Azure experience required.
- Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, Python (boto3), and Bash.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, ECS/AKS, CI/CD, HA/DR, and incident management.
- Knowledge of Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor; exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
