We are looking for a detailed, reliable Sterilization Technician to join our team and play a vital role in keeping our clinical operations running safely and efficiently.

As a Sterilization Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining strict infection control standards, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring all dental instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized. No prior clinical experience is required—we are looking for someone with outstanding attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Instrument Sterilization: Decontaminate, wash, package, and autoclave dental instruments, ultrasonic cleaners and sterilizers according to clinical protocols and public health standards.
- Treatment Room Prep: Turn over, clean, and sanitize operatories between patient visits, ensuring all supplies are replenished.
- Equipment Care: Perform daily maintenance and biological monitoring (spore testing) on autoclaves and sterilization equipment; maintain detailed logbooks.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of sterilization supplies, PPE, and clinical consumables, assisting with reordering when needed.
- Infection Control Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA/IPAC guidelines, health regulations, and office safety procedures.




- Team Support: Assist dental assistants and hygienists with room setup, instrument tray preparation, and maintaining overall clinic cleanliness.

Qualifications & Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
- Prior experience in a dental, medical, or laboratory setting is an asset, but on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
