We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sterile Environment Technician to maintain a clean and sanitary environment in our pharmacy, lab, and warehouse areas.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and sterilize equipment, tools, and workspaces according to established protocols to maintain sterile conditions.
- Conduct routine cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of sterile areas to prevent contamination.
- Ensuring all safety guidelines are followed.
- Document all cleaning activities, environmental checks, and maintenance tasks accurately in logs and reports.
- Follow strict safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to safeguard yourself and others.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify potential contamination risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Manage waste and recycling disposal according to established guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness of office areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
Skills
- Prior cleaning experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or laboratory setting is required.
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and maintain strict hygiene standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a sterile setting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to undergo training on cleaning procedures for sterile areas.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
