This full time permanent position reports to the Chief People & Development Officer. You'll oversee strategic HR plans, ensuring alignment with Pathways' vision and mission. Key responsibilities include developing and evaluating recruitment processes, maintaining employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic HR plans supporting organizational growth
• Oversee recruitment, orientation, and retention processes
• Facilitate effective employee and labor relations practices
• Implement learning and development strategies
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum five years in senior HR roles
• Experience with unionized and non-unionized settings
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license and police check
