Exempt The City of Revelstoke is seeking a creative, strategic, and community-minded Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that promote the City's initiatives, events, and services while ensuring transparent, consistent, and engaging messaging across a variety of communication channels.

As a key communications resource for Council, senior leadership, staff, and the community, you will create and coordinate content for media releases, social media, newsletters, and the City's website, while building positive relationships with local media, community organizations, and other stakeholders. You will also support public consultations, community engagement initiatives, and emergency and crisis communications,



including acting as a spokesperson for the City when required.
