The role involves managing services under contract with the client, interacting with the client, customers, and employees, and collaborating to provide a vision for business growth. Culinary excellence and well‑maintained environments are critical to student success, and the Assistant General Manager supports chefs, dietitians, and staff in delivering nutritious and innovative food experiences.The position partners with students, parents, administration, and the community to enhance campus life while meeting client expectations.Job ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain procedures for purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, and food service.Coordinate and supervise staff on food production, merchandising, quality and cost control, labor, scheduling, staffing, and training.Assist front‑line managers with operational and staffing issues.Train, develop, and mentor the management team and establish succession plans.Monitor financial operating results to achieve company and client objectives.Contribute to business plans, budgets, and forecasts; maintain accurateand timely reporting.Assist in menu planning,
